Maturation of the wine in stainless steel containers and then refinement in wooden vats for 18 months. Aging in bottle for 6 months. Bottles produced: 10,000 Organoleptic characteristics: Intense ruby red color and excellent clarity. Intense and persistent bouquet with notes of ripe red fruit and violet floral notes, spiced with cinnamon and licorice. Full-bodied, full-bodied, excellent balance and harmony with a soft finish. Gastronomic Combinations: Roasts, red meats and semi-mature cheeses.
