Vignanello Rosso DOC 2021 - Viticoltori dei Colli Cimini

Alcohol content: 12.00% vol. Grapes: Sangiovese 60%, Ciliegiolo 40%. The wine is obtained with maceration at a controlled temperature. It has an intense ruby color, a delicate and vinous bouquet, a persistent and moderately tannic taste. It must be served at room temperature (18º C). It goes very well with roasts and meats in general, also suitable to accompany cereal and legume soups.
