On the palate the sweetness of the tannins integrates with the fresh minerality typical of Piedirosso, creating a combination of remarkable persistence. GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS Ideal for dishes based on vegetables and legumes, typical of the Mediterranean tradition or with tomato sauce. Excellent in combination with chicken meat, rabbit cacciatore, meat alla pizzaiola, aubergine or zucchini parmigiana and, why not, with cod alla pizzaiola or other fish in soup and also with fresh cheese and capicollo.
