Tasting notes Destemming and crushing. Fermentation and maceration on the skins at a temperature of 28°C for more than 20 days in small steel vats. Malolactic fermentation carried out naturally in barriques where the wine ages for about 24 months. The refinement in the bottle is at least six months before being marketed. Pairings Ideal companion to tasty and elaborate dishes, of high flavor such as stews, stews, roast lamb and the typical sheep skewers of our region.
