Bardolino is the red wine obtained from traditional grapes of our territory, it is fruity in its young age, but it knows acquire complexity over the years, also veering towards spicy tones. It is the most convivial and fresh soul of Veronese reds, it satisfies us when tasted on its own alone, and is a great friend of the table.Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara.Cultivation: GujotVinification: Fermentation in steel tanks with pumping over twice per day for 8/10 days. Once drawn off, it remains in tanks steel until bottling.Refinement: 5/6 months in steel tanks. Color: Ruby red. Perfume: Fruity, cherry, blueberry and currant; hints of spices and black pepper especially with aging. Taste: Soft, with a delicate and persistent tannic structure, it has a pleasant and controlled acidity in balance withthe sapidity of the morainic terrain. Of good body and great be- viability.Pairings: Soups, pasta with meat sauce or amatriciana, risottos, grilled meats and young cheeses. Serve at 15/18°C
