Pinot Nero Trentino DOC 2019 - Cantina Boem

Pinot Noir is a vine that represents a challenge for agronomists and oenologists due to its delicacy, its need for a suitable microclimate and the difficulty of having a constant production. The wine thus obtained is aged in French oak barriques for six months before being bottled. Wine of great elegance, full-bodied and expressive.At sight it shows off a beautiful transparent ruby red. The nose is a flood of fresh and crunchy fruit: cherry, blueberry, raspberry and currant accompanied by slight hints of undergrowth and hints of sweet spice, a symptom of the non-invasive presence of wood. When tasted it releases a pleasant acidity supported by a long savory trail.Excellent on a duck breast with strawberry tree honey or on a wild boar stew with juniper.
