A wine obtained from Nebbiolo di Dogliani grapes, elegant and garnet red in colour, with a persistent fruity aroma, full-bodied and pleasant to drink even when young.
On the nose there are hints of red fruit such as currants, cassis and aromas of spices can also be glimpsed in the finish.

The Vinification
Fermented in steel and cement vats with controlled fermentation temperature (28°C), racking after about 8-10 days, decanting and malolactic fermentation completed with maintenance of the temperature. Transfer to oak containers for aging and complete maturation, and further refinement in the bottle.
