Rue De Passi Campania Rosso IGT / IGP 2020 - Nativ

is a Campania Rosso Amabile IGT , the fruit of an Aglianico vineyard located in close proximity to the cellar, in the heart of Paternopoli. The harvest of this vineyard is carried out late, giving the grapes a greater residual sugar. The name "Rue de Passi" is in memory of the path that leads from the cellar to the vineyard in a few steps.

The elegant stylized design recalls the shapes of the vineyard seen from above.

The wine has a purplish - red color with a good structure . On the palate it is persistent and pulpy with fruity notes of blackberries, red fruits and spices. Soft and balanced, with a harmonious taste.
The particularity of this wine is the winemaking process.
There is a natural arrest of this process through a series of rackings, with consequent arrest of the fermentation process activated during the vinification phase.
The wine thus obtained has a slight concentration of natural sugars deriving from the grapes which give it a soft taste and a dense and fruity nose.

Aging in barriques for 5 months

Alcohol content : 13.5%

Excellent pairing : white meats, grilled meats, meat with sauce, pasta, soups, salads.

Service temperature : 15°-18°
