VINIFICATION The grapes previously selected in the vineyard, after manual harvesting, undergo a further selection in the cellar. The grapes ferment in stainless steel conical tanks at a controlled temperature. Fermentation takes place with spontaneous yeasts. TRAINING SYSTEMGuyot and spurred cordon. BOUQUET A wine of great complexity with typical Mediterranean sweet notes, the fruity sensations blend in perfect balance with the aromatic freshness, giving the wine harmony and an aromatic spectrum of great pleasure.
