One of the historic wines of the company, the wine of Roberto, the hunter, who wanted to vinify together the different grapes that traditionally make up the blend and enrich them with a long aging in wood. From its taste a harmonious red wine was born, full of great personality and character, slightly fruity and pleasantly spicy.
Merlot, Corvina, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. Cultivation: Spurred Cordon Vinification: Late harvest, maceration in steel with prolonged contact. Refinement: 6 months in steel tanks, 2 years in barriques, 1 year in bottle. Colour: Dark ruby red tending towards garnet with ageing. Perfume: Full, vinous bouquet, collected and elegant with hints of ripe and wild fruit, light licorice, vanilla and spices. Taste: Round, well structured with a slightly tannic aftertaste. Pairings: Excellent accompaniment for elaborate dishes based on meat and game. Serve at 18°C; uncork an hour before.
