A commitment sustained with passion and rationality, respect for the land and research.The vinification cellar, equipped with temperature-controlled steel tanks, barriques and oak barrels, is the place where these principles are expressed. Here Paolo Bosoni, with his brother Lucio and a group of three young oenologists, works consistently following his own philosophy.Intense ruby red colour. Persistent aromas of ripe fruit, berries, plums and red mulberries on the nose. The spicy note reminiscent of black pepper and licorice is evident. The wine is warm and soft but well balanced by an important and pleasantly tannic structure.PAIRINGSParticularly suitable for red or baked meat dishes.
