Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso Friuli Colli Orientali DOC 2022 - Perusini

Refosco is a wine with a very intense, almost impenetrable ruby red color, with purple reflections, with a complex, elegant, very intense and very articulated bouquet; hints of black cherry and plum, with sensations of small black fruits integrated with notes of fern, musk, marasca cherry, tobacco, maple wood and sweet spices. Taste: structured, voluminous, austere, with dense and integrated tannins in a sweet fruity note. Important development in balance with acidity; long and marked aftertaste with hints of currant, fig, cherry and a memory of cloves. Pairings: Feathered game, red meats, roasts, medium and long-aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 17 – 18 °C.
