The grapes are harvested by hand in the vineyard near Vicuña called Fundo Titon. The grapes remain on the vine for two months after cutting the bunch. They are then harvested at the beginning of June, thus being naturally dried, in order to obtain greater concentration. Fermentation on the skins takes place in stainless steel tanks, for the extraction of colour, soft tannins and aromas of ripe grapes. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 6/8 months.Intense and fruity red in colour, with a very soft and full-bodied flavour.
