The wine has a delicate aroma of black cherry, raspberry and strawberry, with well integrated French oak. Medium bodied wine with elegant and soft tannins on the palate.Excellent with grilled river fish, duck and roasts.
The grapes are rigorously harvested by hand, destemmed and softly pressed. Fermentation takes place in small 2,000 liter steel tanks with manual replacement of the skins. After the alcoholic fermentation, 30% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for about 6 months, thus completing the malolactic fermentation.
