Novello Fantini Terre di Chieti Farnese, a first-class red wine comes into the glass. It has a wonderfully brilliant ruby red colour. The perfume inspires notes of black currants, black cherries, morello cherries and plums. It is precisely its fruity nature that makes this wine so special.
The balanced Novello Fantini Terre di Chieti is vinified from the Montepulciano and Sangiovese grape varieties. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are taken to the cellar in the shortest possible time. Here they are carefully selected and ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Once the fermentation is complete, the Novello Fantini Terre di Chieti can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
