TASTE The taste is dry, it has a nice body, highlighted by the strength and dense texture, full of character.
NOTES To obtain this important red wine, only 100% pure Barbera grapes are used. Nizza is the name of the "Nizza Monferrato sub-area where this grape is believed to have the best qualitative yield. This grape variety, typical of Piedmont, is grown on soils with a high clayey-calcareous content, with additional sandy components. The wide temperature ranges. between day and night they allow an optimal development of the bunches.
AGING In oak barrels of 40 65 Hl. The duration of aging is 16 months, blending in spring, bottling in summer.
