The Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Classico Superiore Pruviniano collection was born from a continuous research, discovery and enhancement of the territory of the Valpolicella Classica by Domìni Veneti. The particular "ripasso" technique from which this wine takes its name consists of a double fermentation, during which the Valpolicella wine is aged in cask and subsequently with the 'pomace' pressed by the Amarone itself. This long process guarantees the wine a refined and engaging personality, characterized by an unmistakable balance, fullness and persistence. This bottle goes wonderfully with the best red meat dishes, declined in the most various forms.
