PRODUCTION AREA Located on the Monte Colombo estate in the Municipality of Cassine, Province of Alessandria, with southern exposure and an average altitude of about 280m above sea level.

VINIFICATION Red vinification with emerged cap maceration at a controlled temperature of 28 ° and subsequent post-submerged cap maceration for ten / twenty days. Repeated daily pumping over and periodic delestage. Complete malolactic fermentation following the alcoholic fermentation.
