This wine is a dream chased for years. From Tenuta Perano, strongly desired by my whole family, we chose the Rialzi farm, which rises from the others thanks to three characteristic natural steps. A Grand Selection which, as the name implies, reminds me every day of the continuous commitment to excellence.

| Harvest | The Sangiovese grapes are harvested by hand with care. Once they arrive in the cellar they pass to a careful and further selection. |
| Vinification | Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins and delicate pumping over, in order to allow the best polyphenolic extraction. |
| Refinement | 36 months of which 24 in barrique . Only after further refinement in the bottle, Rialzi Chianti Classico Gran Selezione is ready for release on the market. |
