PAIRINGS For the whole meal, it perfectly accompanies red meat dishes, including roast meats, and medium-aged cheeses.

TASTE In the mouth, a light note of vanilla opens to a soft, balanced, very long, perfectly balanced taste thanks to a very precise tannic texture and a certain freshness. Great persistence.

NOTES Pinot Nero Matan grows in the most valuable areas in the mountains for this grape variety. Thanks to the terroir, this wine is characterized by character, elegance, delicacy and aromatic notes. The considerable temperature range between day and night, which characterizes the ripening phase of the grapes, makes this robust dark red wine, with an aroma of wild berries, particularly structured.

AGING Refinement of taste and aroma for twelve - fifteen months in oak barrels and for a few months in the bottle.
