Vittorio Alto mincio IGT rosso 2020 magnum - Cantina Ricchi

It is a wine of great structure produced with Merlot and 50% Cabernet Franc grapes, at the moment we have for sale the 2013 vintage This wine is not produced every year as, we have identified 2 vineyards where no type of treatment is carried out , therefore, if we have availability of the grapes it is produced otherwise we skip the vintage .. Production system: the grapes are harvested in the field in small boxes then they are left to dry in the fruit cellar for about 30 days, after a few months from the vinification they are racked in 500-liter wooden barrels for about 3 years after aging in wood, it remains in the bottle for years before being marketed. In any case, the quantity of production does not exceed 2000 bottles.
