Vigna Coccetta Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC Terre dei Vestini Riserva 2011 - Speranza

A beautiful impenetrable dark ruby, the first nose has hints of flowers and ripe crunchy red fruit, blackberry and raspberry, currant and pomegranate, typical spicy hints of black pepper, chocolate, at first impact an alcoholic note out of the lines, which after a a couple of minutes it returns, then hints of plum and juniper berries, in the mouth I find a slightly light structure, a fairly corresponding mouthfeel, but a slightly seated wine, the unbalanced alcoholic note returns, due to the typology, it lacks some harshness that stimulates drink it.
