ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: Ruby red with violet reflections. Typical notes of rose and candied violet with an elegantly smoky tone. In the mouth lots of red fruit with balsamic tones. PAIRING: The extraordinary versatility of this Sicilian Claret is released on timeless everyday items, such as rigatoni all'amatriciana, spaghetti Bolognese and lasagna. Its flexible nature borders on the contemporary, ideal on cheeseburgers. Hypnotic on fresh and soft cheeses, in an evening dress with a mushroom and onion soup.
