Powerful red, built on a dense and important tannic texture balanced by a strong alcohol content. Taste strength centered on a very dense and rich pulp ripe fruit. The flavors are those of blueberry and sour cherries in alcohol that mix with the leather while gradually emerge intense aromas of cherries, cocoa, iodine and rosemary. PAIRING: Gritty, decisive and energetic wine to be enjoyed alone or with combinations of equal strength and character and therefore with stews, or game on meats.
