Born in the Valpolicella Classica from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes left to dry on racks. It is a proud and elegant wine, characterized by an intense bouquet of cooked fruit, plums and cherries. On the palate it is fruity, enriched by aromas of coffee and cocoa. This is a refined, balanced and pleasantly elegant wine. Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses. The Veronese Rosso Campofiorin was born in 1964, in the vineyards located on the gentle Veronese hills from Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara grapes. This wine gives life to a new category of Venetian wines inspired by the Amarone technique. Wine of rare eclecticism, it goes well with pasta with meat or mushroom sauces, important red meats, grilled or roasted, and game. Ideal with aged cheeses.
