La Grola is a red wine with good body and character, obtained mainly from Corvina grapes and aged for 16 months in barrique. The nose is a symphony of sweet spices, red fruit, with herbaceous and balsamic hints. On the palate it is full-bodied, fresh and intense, elegant and pleasantly tannic

Vineyards : In the La Grola farm, at 310 m above sea level on clayey calcareous soil rich in skeleton and poor in organic substances, with guyot-trained vines with an average age of 30 years
Vinification : Soft pressing and destemming, with alcoholic fermentation in steel for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation in barrique
Aging : 16 months in second passage barriques.
La Allegrini is a hill on the top of which, legend has it, the Croatina grape was born, which has always been a symbol of viticulture in the Valpolicella area. great elegance and harmony in which Oseleta is added to Croatina, another local autochthonous a great red wine in which the grapes are free to express themselves to the maximum, also thanks to the organic farming practices used in the vineyards, and where drinkability, a trademark of factory of the cellar, grants an impeccable and flowing sip.
