Elegant wooden box containing a Brunello di Montalcino 'Poggio alle Mura' Banfi 2015 The Brunello di Montalcino “Poggio alle Mura” is the expression of the vineyards surrounding the Banfi Castle. It is an elegant, rich and persuasive wine, aged for 12 months in barrique and, to a lesser extent, in large barrels. Hints of wild berries in jam, sweet spices, tobacco, undergrowth and pepper enliven a soft, vigorous and persistent sip.
