After a very long fermentation with maceration, in order to extract color, body and aromas, the wine is pressed 50% of the mass and aged in barriques and 50% in cement tanks for about 6 months, where it undergoes malo- lactic. Finally, the wine is immediately bottled to preserve its fruity aromas. Sensory characteristics: Deep ruby red, rich bouquet of red fruits, spices and balsamic notes (eucalyptus), hints of wood.
