Montepulciano nero 100% late harvest AREA OF PRODUCTION Owned vineyards on the southern side of the municipality of Città Sant'Angelo. Altitude 300 m above sea level. Hilly position, southern exposure . PRODUCTION METHOD Vinification in steel at a controlled temperature and long maceration with manual delestage and punching down. Aging in small French oak barrels for 12/24 months. Refinement in bottle for at least 3 months
