Montepulciano nero 100% medium-late / late harvest. AREA OF PRODUCTION Owned vineyards on the southern side of the municipality of Città Sant'Angelo. Altitude 300 m asl. Hilly position south / south-west exposure. METHOD OF PRODUCTION Vinification in steel at controlled temperature and medium-long maceration with manual pumping over Aging in small French oak barrels for 6/12 months. Bottle aging for at least 30 days.
