This red wine is produced with mainly Merlot, Ciliegiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese grapes to a lesser extent. It ferments in steel tanks, with short macerations and is bottled in the spring following the harvest. Young wine, with good aromatic freshness and pleasant drinking.
VINTAGE CHARACTERISTICS The winter of 2019 was characterized by rain and snow that allowed the accumulation of water reserves, average spring temperatures favored bud break in early April and the high summer temperatures in June, July and August brought the grapes when perfectly ripe. In general, the 2019 vintage produced wines of great balance and excellent aging potential.
