Le Vasche is a fresh Montepulciano, easy to drink but not for this simple. With a balanced structure, characterized by notes of young red fruit and a good aptitude for aging. Montepulciano is the king of Abruzzo wines, certainly the best known and most drunk in the world. For this reason it is in all likelihood the most profound interpreter of the terroir from which it originates.
Montepulciano d'Abruzzo “Le Vasche” - 100% Montepulciano We harvest by hand in boxes in the first ten days of October. The grapes are de-stemmed but not pressed. Spontaneously ferments whole grapes in steel tanks. During maceration, we carry out constant punching down and déléstage if necessary. After bottling, it ages in the bottle for about a year before being released on the market.
