In the mouth it is of excellent structure, harmonious, soft and ready, with spicy returns. Tireless drinking and good persistence for this pleasant Brunello of excellent vintage.
Winery : Torre Delle Grazie (FI) Grapes : Sangiovese 100% Description: Undisputed prince of Tuscan enology, Brunello di Montalcino is a very balanced wine, full-bodied, pleasantly silky, with fruity acidity and wood tannins. The color is intense ruby red, tending to garnet. The nose releases hints of cherry, spice, leather, vanilla, oak barrel and interesting mineral accents. In the mouth it is a harmonious mix of ripe red fruit, raspberries, cherries, blueberries, plums, shades of strawberries, aromatic spices, pepper, nutmeg, cocoa. Alcohol volume : 14% Recommended pairings: Chianina meat stew, game, mushrooms and truffles, mature and structured cheeses.
