Research and protection of biodiversity as an economic engine to counter the depopulation of inland areas: the one born in the Maiella National Park is a virtuous circle from the encounter with a wine company that focuses, for its production, on the enhancement of the microbiological diversity of the territory. An encounter between people, traditions, passions that has resulted in the "Vola Volè Majella National Park" project where Cantina Orsogna supports research on the progenitors of cultivated plants and the conservation of biodiversity, an activity carried out by the Germplasm Bank (' Majella Seed Bank '), established in the Park in 2005. Yesterday the "Vola Volè Majella National Park" project was born in Lama dei Peligni, home of the Seed Bank and the Michele Tenore Botanical Garden of the Park. Cantina di Orsogna, with the conference 'Dalla Maiella new perspectives for quality viticulture in the Apennines' was officially presented.
