After racking, the fermentation is completed followed by the various rackings. The wine is left to mature for a few months in steel barrels before being bottled. AGING After vinification, it remains for a few months in steel. TASTING NOTES Color : Lively and deep ruby red. Bouquet : Intense olfactory impact that evokes the scents of freshly mown grass, evolving into notes of green pepper and spicy aromas.
