Deep ruby red, the nose expresses an intense and very fine bouquet. Notes of cherry, currant and violet, embellished with a slight hint of cocoa and vanilla, open to a balanced, tasty, rich in detail taste. Deep and harmonious, it closes with a finish of rare cleanliness. Throughout the meal, it goes well with grilled meats and in general with full-bodied main courses. Try it with a fillet with black truffle.
