Vinification : spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel vats, immediately removing the skins;

Production philosophy : organic, artisanal cultivation with a minimum quantity of sulphins;
Aging : in steel barrels for 6 months on thin lees;
Organoleptic characteristics : rosy color, full and harmonious flavor with good persistence, intense fruity nose;
