Color: cherry pink, lively with pleasant purple hues.
Smell: intensely fruity, notes of “cerasa” and strawberry are combined with almond and morello cherry.
Taste: harmonious, fresh, savory and fragrant.
Alcoholic content: 12,0% Vol.
Serving temperature: 10/12 ° C.
Pairings: first courses, excellent with fish soups, white meats, cold cuts and semi-aged cheeses; it goes well with pizza and shellfish.
