On the nose it presents notes of ripe fruit, combined with delicate mineral notes, which open up to hints of toasted bread on the finish. On the palate it has an intense, lively but balanced structure, with a velvety finish; in the aftertaste it has slight hints of bread crust. Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideally combined with seafood dishes such as turbot all'acqua pazza; it can also accompany robust dishes with red sauce. Serve at a temperature of 6-8 degrees. 11.5% VOL.
