Bardolino Chiaretto DOC Perlato Rosa Spumante Brut - Azienda Agricola Gorgo

The Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, vinified in rosé according to the disciplinary of the DOC Chiaretto Bardolino, are used for the preparation of a fresh sparkling wine, with fragrant and subtle aromas of fresh fruit, dry and lively. Cultivation: Gujot in rosé with minimal maceration of the skins for 4/6 hours at a controlled temperature. Refinement: Colour: Bouquet: Fresh and slightly fruity Taste: Soft, Dry, intense. Excellent as an aperitif, also to accompany cured meats and young cheeses, risottos or pasta with vegetables. Try it with grilled fish or meat. Serve at 10°C
