CLO' DE GIROFLE comes from a selection of grapes to enhance the charm of rosés from NEGROAMARO.Produced in the 2021 vintage in a limited number of numbered bottles, it is available from June 1st.Why Clo' de Girofle? Clo' as "Clou", the clove, the spicy note of our rosé thinking. But also as "Clos", a selection of fine grapes, which want to enhance the power of Negroamaro rosés.What does it taste like? With Mediterranean hints, round and savory, pleasantly appetizing and elegant. They are fruits of: cherry, peach and ripe blackberry which are accompanied by a trail of Mediterranean scrub herbs and iodized minerality.What do you combine it with? Rosé wine for the whole meal, ideal with delicate meats, cooked on the grill and at low temperatures, fatty fish, grilled and in tartare.
