Tormaresca's Rosato Calafuria is an extremely pleasant wine, with floral scents of rose and jasmine, elegant and perfectly balanced. The company created in 1998 by the Marquises Antinori is also confirmed thanks to this Rosé from Negroamaro grapes as one of the best in the region. The winery consists of two estates with very different pedoclimatic conditions: the Bocca di Lupo, 130 hectares located in the Murge within the Castel del Monte appellation at about 250 meters above sea level characterized by tufaceous soils and strong thermal excursions, and the Masseria Maime in the Alto Salento, 350 hectares of vineyards not far from the Adriatic coast, halfway between Lecce and Brindisi.
