Montepulciano nero 100% early / medium-early harvest. AREA OF PRODUCTION Owned vineyards on the southern side of the municipality of Città Sant'Angelo. Altitude 300 m asl Hilly position south / south-west exposure. METHOD OF PRODUCTION Vinification in stainless steel with short / very short skin-must contact conducted at low temperatures and subsequent controlled fermentation Initial aging in stainless steel and final aging in bottle for at least 30 days.
