Brut Nature which has a pale straw yellow color, with an extremely fine and persistent bubble. The nose reveals fresh and elegant citrus notes, chamomile, Golden apples and a fragrant, persuasive finish. Great harmony and balance is revealed when tasted. On the palate it is striking by definition and by its ability to be creamy and full of momentum at the same time. This Franciacorta is a Classic Method made up mainly of Chardonnay grapes and a small percentage of Pinot Noir. The grapes are harvested by hand, with subsequent destemming and first spontaneous fermentation in steel containers, with pied de cuve of indigenous yeasts. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle with aging on the lees for 30 months.

VINIFICATION The grapes that make up the sparkling wine are 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir and are strictly hand-picked during the harvest. The best bunches are brought to the cellars of the company and subjected to soft pressing. The vinification is divided into two phases, a first fermentation in steel using pied de cuvée of indigenous yeasts. While the refermentation in the bottle with fermentation takes place with the Classic Method and follows an aging of 30 months on the lees.
