VINIFICATION Crushing, destemming, cooling of the must and fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequent refermentation in autoclave. After bottling, it stays in the cellar for 30 days.

COLOR Brilliant straw yellow.

BOUQUET Fruity and floral, with notes of Williams pear and white flowers.

PAIRINGS For an aperitif as an accompaniment to finger food and cicchetti or for light appetizers and delicate dishes.

TASTE Soft, crystalline and delicate texture on the palate

NOTES Prosecco is a wine that can be drunk at any time. There is no need for special occasions or moments to remember to uncork a bottle of Prosecco: it is only necessary that the wine is sufficiently cold, and the cork can blow; nothing else matters. The Rustico of the Nino Franco winery perfectly embodies this philosophy.
