Cococciola is a rare native vine of the Frentana area in Abruzzo, cultivated with the Abruzzo pergola method. The vinification is in white, without maceration, with soft pressing; fermentation, refinement and second fermentation in steel, at a controlled temperature. The sparkling process takes place according to the Martinotti method, with refermentation in an autoclave.
