Grapes: Pecorino.
Production method: charmat (refermentation in autoclave).
Colour: pale yellow, fine and persistent perlage.
Flavour: hints of white pulp fruit and citrus fruits accompanied by balsamic and floral notes.
Taste: fresh taste, medium persistence with a good acid structure.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Serving temperature: 8-10 °c
Pairings: excellent as an aperitif or with appetizers and raw fish.
