The "KK" made by the Kante winery is a Classic Method which is characterized by the Zero Dosage, i.e. by the non-addition of any dosing liquor in the final stages of production. It is a versatile bubble, which gives emotions both during the aperitif and throughout the meal.
Denomination KK Zero dosage Spumante, produced with the Classic Method. Grapes and Vineyard 50% Chardonnay and 50% Malvasia, harvested by hand. Vigna It is located at an average altitude of 250 m slm , in the Trieste Karst on red earth and limestone. With a planting density of 5,500 plants per hectare, a yield of 1 kg per plant and a single Guyot training system, a symbol of the winery's native research for 15 years. In the Cellar Vinification in white, fermentation and aging in French oak barriques with stabilization in steel. Classic method sparkling process, permanence on the lees for at least 1 year before disgorgement. Zero dosage. Final alcohol content of 12.5%. Tasting The color is straw yellow with slight coppery reflections. Istrian Malvasia and Chardonnay meeting in the glass, tradition and innovation in the same sip. Enveloping and elegant, with a subtle and refined perlage; the liveliness is expressed by an intoxicating freshness and marine minerality. Its unmistakability is given by Malvasia which amazes with pleasantly almondy notes on the finish. Serve at 4 – 6°C. Mirrored Le K label for respect for tradition and an eye towards evolution.
