Grapes: Montepulciano (100%) Vinification: In white at a controlled temperature of 16 °C and second fermentation in the bottle when reaching 100 g/lt of residual sugar at a temperature of second fermentation at 14° C. COLOUR: pale cherry pink. Fine perlage. BOUQUET: the nose is intense and complex of red fruits, strawberry and rose. TASTE: the taste is dry, warm, soft, refreshed by a well-balanced acidity.
