Sopralerighe Prosecco Rosé Doc Brut - Serena Wines

Grapes: 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Noir Vinification: Wine obtained by soft pressing of the grapes. The must thus obtained is fermented at a temperature between 20 and 22°C. Characteristics: Wine with a soft, brilliant pink colour. With a lively perlage and persistent foam, it has aromas of good intensity with floral hints of white and red flowers accompanied by fruity notes such as apple, pear and hints of red fruit, such as strawberry and raspberry. The taste is fresh and on the palate it is pleasant and harmonious.
